Alliance Properties is a family owned company started by brothers Ralph and Mike Black.

In the early 90’s the development landscape in Bellingham was starting to change. Inside of Bellingham there was a shift from building large homes on large lots to a more tightly knit neighborhood with dedicated open space. Having lived in Vancouver fora portion of their lives the brothers saw an opportunity to bring some larger city elements to the small town feel of Bellingham. Starting first with Magnolia Hills, the brothers set the standard for quality and functionality for the Bellingham area.

Fast forward 15 years and Alliance Properties is still going strong with subdivisions in Barkley, Lakeway, and North Bellingham. They have also added two staff members, Travis Black (Son of Ralph Black) and Beth Black (Daughter of Ralph Black).
